Trade questions
Partner FAQ
How do commissions work?
We offer competitive commissions and revenue sharing on every confirmed journey, with clear terms agreed up front. Tell us your typical volumes and we'll tailor the arrangement.
How do I get pricing?
Approved partners use our partner portal for fast trade pricing. If you're new to us, get in touch and we'll set you up and send a rate sheet.
Can you handle bespoke itineraries?
Yes — bespoke is the core of what we do. Send us the client's brief (who's travelling, dates, interests, budget) and we'll design and price a tailor-made programme.
Which destinations do you cover?
Our core is Kenya — the Masai Mara, Amboseli, the Rift Valley lakes and more. We also handle Tanzania and Zanzibar, and Kenya–Tanzania combinations.
How far ahead should clients book?
For high season (July–October) and the festive period, the best camps fill months ahead, so earlier is better. We can still turn around shorter-lead requests — ask us.
